Our Vice President of Customer Support will have a passion for products and a passion to help our customer use them. They will also have an interest in developing people and able to think strategically.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Oversee all Customer Support operations and functions,
  • Ensure that the Customer Support function exceeds all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Partner with the Operations team to develop and implement Customer Support leading practices
  • Partner with the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure that feedback from Customers is incorporated in each product roadmap
  • Develop all team members to ensure that their career goals are achieved
  • Effectively plan team resourcing around the company’s seasons

WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BACKPACK

  • 4 Year Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of Experience managing customer support teams
  • Experience working effectively with Operations, Product Management and Engineering
  • Experience working in EdTech industry
  • Proven ability to effectively develop customer support strategy
  • Proven ability to balance multiple initiatives at one time
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Passion to drive customer satisfaction in any way possible
